We have a (decades) long and fruitful history with Deloitte. Most recently, in the past 2 years, we had the privilege of creating fun and elaborate eLearning modules covering several internal administrative processes. Mastering these processes by the client facing management teams is at the core of the financial stability of this professional services giant.

In our deliverables, we separated topics and transformed them into stand-alone eLearning modules. Next to that, we created modules that cover the entire overall process, to tie all the pieces together. The total package is now being presented as a mandatory learning curriculum for every employee who starts (or is promoted to) job level manager of higher.

The end products contained visually attractive lessons with audio narration, background music where appropriate, process diagrams and proficiency assessments.

We are happy to see that the processes that used to be a struggle to understand and systems that seemed complicated, are now being handled by the target group with ease.
