PVH is one of the largest fashion companies in the world, being the official retailer of top brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. To lift their customer service quality to a higher level, a new service portal was implemented. Our support was then called in to create Quick Reference articles to support a smooth adoption of the new processes.

The members of the online support teams have successfully started using the new system, and they had our learning articles at hand within the same portal that contained written explanations and animated gif images to highlight the steps that need attention.
